The purpose of cryoEDU is to provide learners with real-world data analysis examples to learn the process of cryo-EM data analysis.

To train the next generation of structural biologists, we provide the following:

1. How to analyze cryo-EM data – Descriptions of the cryo-EM workflow with links to primary literature and other online content, highlighting practical considerations.
2. RELION data analysis simulator  – A ‘choose your own adventure’ data analysis tool to allow open-ended data exploration
3. Educational videos to teach basic data processing principles and how to use the RELION software
